It has been a New Year tradition in the School of International Education of ZZU to hold a New Year party to make international students get together and celebrate the approaching New Year in order to make international students feel at home. But because of the epidemic in 2020, most of the international students were not able to get back to China and had to stay at home.

In order to greet international students abroad and send the warmest thoughts and best wishes for the New Year, the School of International Education particularly created a short film dedicated to those students abroad who miss ZZU. This video is a reminder that ZZU always concerns for you and sends you all best wishes.

2020级博士、留学生马一凡担任本片的导演，他和2017级博士生、导演助理娜塔莉娅决定把科幻和想象融入到剧本中，并尽可能把郑大的典型建筑和鲜明特色，作为出现在短片中的元素，以勾起留学生对校园的美好回忆。

Yifan (PhD student, batch 2020)was chosen as a director of the film with the assistant director Natalia (PhD student, batch 2017) . They decided to add a bit of science fiction and imagination into the script and they tried to put ZZU's architectures and its distinctive features into the film in order to make international students abroad recall happy memories about the campus.

主题曲创作人是在读研究生罗马，他与自己的好友一同创作，最终完成了主题曲《MISS YOU》。除了罗马担任主唱，副歌的合唱部分由几位演员共同演唱，歌词的中文版也由老师们倾心翻译。

The theme song was written by graduate student Roma, he wrote the lyrics with his friend Chisinde. He went through a lot of effort to create the song which has the same name as the video clip – MISS YOU. The song was performed by its lyricist as well as other actors of the film. And the Chinese translation of the lyrics was kindly provided by teachers.

学校的南大门还是那么鲜红

眉湖的黑天鹅依旧成群戏水

来年的樱花海棠仍为你盛开

沉寂的教室也定会书声琅琅

愿牛年顺遂，静待春日重逢

Please remember that ZZU is always concerned about you! The south gate of campus is still bright red. The black swans are still as ever in Meihu Lake.

The cherry blossoms and crabapple trees will still bloom for you. The silent classrooms must be activated again by you. May the Year of the Ox goes smoothly and we are waiting for the reunion. Hope you are well and our university is waiting for your arrival!
